Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

One-Time Purchases

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, purchases from Bon Vivre are one-time purchases. They do not enroll you in a subscription or authorize recurring charges.

To request an order change or cancellation, email info@bonvivre.us promptly with your order number.

Cancellation requests depend on the order’s fulfillment status. We’ll confirm whether your request can be accommodated and explain any applicable refund before proceeding.

Once an order has been delivered or shipped, please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Beef Order Cancellations

Cancel before 6:00 a.m. Central Time on your scheduled delivery Saturday to receive a full refund, including the delivery fee.

Once the delivery route begins at 6:00 a.m., we cannot accept cancellations for that day’s delivery.

To cancel, email info@bonvivre.us with your order number. The time your email is received determines whether you meet the cutoff.

This cancellation rule does not affect your ability to report an incorrect, damaged, or compromised order under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Garden Consultation Cancellations

Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

To cancel, email info@bonvivre.us.

If Bon Vivre cancels your appointment, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Garden Build-Outs

Cancellation terms for garden build-outs will be provided in your written quote or project agreement before you approve the work or make a payment.

The garden consultation cancellation fee does not automatically apply to a build-out.

Missed Deliveries

A missed delivery is not an order cancellation.

If nobody is available to receive your beef and no suitable cooler is provided, we’ll retain your order and contact you to arrange pickup or delivery on the next scheduled route.

Redelivery requires an additional $20 delivery fee, confirmed with you before scheduling.

Future Purchase Options

Subscriptions, pre-orders, and “try before you buy” purchases are not currently offered.

If we introduce these options, the payment schedule, renewal terms, cancellation process, and any deadlines will be disclosed before purchase. We’ll update this policy to reflect those options.
