The Cattleman's Cut Box gives you both, with a practical combination of ground beef and steaks from Gray Ranch in Southwest Louisiana.

What You're Getting

Each 10-pound box includes:

• 7 lb of ground beef: For burgers, tacos, spaghetti, hamburger steaks, and your family's favorite recipes.
• 3 lb of steaks: A rotating selection that may include ribeye, New York strip, filet, and sirloin.

Steak selections depend on availability.

Gray Ranch cattle are raised on pasture and receive supplemental grain during finishing, producing locally raised beef with the familiar flavor your family enjoys.

Use the ground beef for easy meals throughout the week and save the steaks for grilling on the weekend or celebrating something special.

Instead of making separate purchases for everyday meals and steak nights, you can stock your freezer with both in one order.

Local Delivery — $20

Your beef arrives frozen and is delivered to your door on Saturday. Order by Friday at noon for that Saturday’s delivery.

Delivery times vary throughout the day based on our route. Please plan to refrigerate or freeze your beef promptly when it arrives.

Outside our delivery area?

We currently deliver within 30 miles of Lake Charles. If you’re outside that area, contact us before ordering to discuss whether pickup is possible.
